Mary Rascel A. Mayol is a Psychology student from the University of San Carlos who writes for school publications such as SAS Bulletin and The Psyche. She is an introvert who often spends her time buried in a book or a movie; sometimes she writes on Wattpad. Writing started as an outlet for her to express herself and explore her imagination until it developed into a lifelong dwelling that nourishes her creativity. Words also empower her to be vocal about current events in society.

Like writing, she wants to pursue Psychology because it could help her understand herself and learn the intricacies of the human mind and behaviour. Most of all, she hopes that she can reach out and help provide a healthy support system for those who are struggling with their mental health.
